1 · Information only — not an offer

Everything on this website — models, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, carton data and estimated container loading quantities — is provided for general information and is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. Specifications may be revised as production improves, and photographs may differ from current production batches in color, finish or detail.

2 · Estimates

Container loading figures (e.g. "pcs / 40'HC") are planning estimates calculated from carton dimensions. Actual loading depends on the final order mix, packing configuration and carrier equipment, and is confirmed in your order documents.

3 · Quotations and orders

Prices are given only in written quotations, each with its own validity period. A binding order exists only when a Proforma Invoice is issued by us and confirmed by both parties, and is governed by the terms stated in that document (specifications, approved samples, payment schedule, delivery terms, warranty). In case of any conflict, the signed order documents prevail over this website.

4 · Custom manufacturing

Custom (OEM/ODM) products are produced against the sample or technical drawing approved in writing by the buyer. Reasonable commercial tolerances in dimensions, color and finish apply.

5 · Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, page designs and the catalog — belongs to ChairExport and may not be copied, scraped or republished without written permission. Buyer-supplied brands used in custom production remain the buyer's property; the buyer confirms it holds the rights to any design or brand it asks us to produce.

6 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of website information alone. Our responsibility for any order is defined in, and limited by, that order's signed documents.
