1 · What we collect

When you send an inquiry we receive what you type — name, company, country, email or WhatsApp, and your message — together with technical data sent by your browser: IP address and approximate location (city/country), which we use to protect against fraudulent inquiries, and the page the inquiry was sent from.

2 · How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, and follow up about products you asked about. If we write to you first and you would rather not hear from us, reply "unsubscribe" and we will not contact you again.

3 · Storage and sharing

Inquiry data is stored in our secured business systems and shared only with the service providers that run them (hosting and email delivery). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with other factories or third parties for their marketing.

4 · Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one local preference — your chosen language — which never leaves your device.

5 · Your rights

Email inquiry@chairexport.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We keep inquiry records only as long as a business relationship or legal requirement needs them.
